The next generation of great tasting Stevia Sweeteners!

As the world’s population continues to grow, so too does the need for healthy and sustainable diets for all. Some 2.3 billion people in the world are now overweight or obese – and one major cause is the over-consumption of calories from sugar.
Despite the increasing desire of many consumers to live and eat healthier, we all know this isn’t always easy – because food remains primarily about the taste. So, how can we reduce the calorie intake of what we consume without compromising on the flavor?
One answer lies in a new generation of great-tasting Stevia Sweeteners – brought to you by Avansya: a unique partnership between two global leaders in the food industry: Cargill and DSM.
The Avansya partnership combines DSM’s leadership in biotech and fermentation science with Cargill’s global commercial footprint in sweeteners and large-scale fermentation capacity – making sugar reduction a sustainable and affordable reality.
The first fruit of this partnership is EVERSWEET™: a calorie-free stevia sweetener. Not only does it deliver a high-quality sweetness profile; it’s also sustainable, based on proven, manufacturing techniques that are more scalable and sustainable than those used for traditional stevia products.
EVERSWEET™ can reduce sugar in a wide range of food and beverages while maintaining the sweetness that consumers love.
